I thought that was impossible. There is a 5 qt French oven purchased in my house which i bought recently and I love using it. The last thing I did was prepare penne pasta from the foam in it last night and have a few slices of pasta glued down and dried a little. We got lazy and left the plates for the morning. My husband, soak the pan slightly in water, then scrub with dish sponge (kitchen sponge with Scottish English) as usual. The next thing I found out were white spots on the inside of my le creuset which, upon closer inspection, had damaged tooth enamel! I know we had food jams before with a slight slight pressure drop and cleaned up and ready to go. What was the mess I did? Is there a way or should I direct my income to get quality for it?
